Chef Jacob has been cooking for the better part of a decade, and is currently working as a Chef Consultant and Pop Up Chef. Getting his start in Columbus, he's taken his curiosity down south to Charleston and up the coast to New York City. In 2021 Jacob assisted in re-opening Michelin Star restaurant, Contra, where he led the team as Chef de Cuisine. He’s since assisted in opening and consulting in numerous concepts in New York City and Columbus. Jacob is working towards opening his own concept called “Adega”. A food and wine concept inspired by his Brazilian heritage, focused on Portuguese and Brazilian dishes paired with Western European wine producers. We are excited to partner with Jacob for this 7 course tasting menu, which includes drink pairings, as well as a welcome cocktail hour with additional snacks by Jacob and the Hiraeth chef team. Tickets are $125, but you will only pay $5 to reserve your table. The additional $120 will be charged the night of the event. Tickets include the meal, the beverage pairings and a welcome cocktail with snacks. Not all dietary restrictions will be able to be accommodated, so please let us know ASAP if you have any restrictions so we can figure out if we can safely serve you for the evening. The menu will have meat, shellfish and other allergens that cannot be removed or substituted.
